Welcome to Holistic Tae Kwon-Do in Burnham-on-Sea – a friendly, inclusive martial arts club dedicated to empowering individuals of all ages and abilities through the art and philosophy of Tae Kwon-Do.

Led by a 7th Degree Black Belt instructor with decades of experience, our sessions offer more than just self-defence. We focus on the development of the whole person – nurturing physical health, mental clarity, and emotional wellbeing through structured training, personal discipline, and the core values of courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-control, and indomitable spirit.

Our club provides a safe, supportive environment for children, teens, and adults to build confidence, fitness, and resilience. Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced martial artist, you'll be welcomed as part of our community.
