My name is James and I am the instructor of Knight. I started this business to help people, with their ability to defend themselves and feel confident. This led to me becoming a qualified personal trainer as well as fully certified instructor and use the knowledge I have gained in my over 10 years in the industry to improve peoples lives the way I know best.
