Karate isn’t just a fun way to get your heart pumping. It’s also a great way to build family bonds, and our Martial Art Classes provide the perfect opportunity to for all the family to share the many benefits of the Korean style of Karate known as Soo Bahk Do teach at our school.

It’s quite rare to find an activity that is for families, here at McKinstry Family Martial Arts we specialise in teaching all the family classes – all ages and abilities catered for!

The benefits of training together as a family builds a foundation of trust and courtesy, you can set goals and support each other in reaching them.

Training together as a family makes things not only more interesting, but overall more engaging. Even when you are not working out in the same class as your loved one, you are still experiencing all of the same fun and you can compare experiences.​

Little Dragons

Our Little Dragons programme teaches not only Martial Arts in a fun environment, but it also teaches children to be good citizens and prepares them for adult life.
